Hey everyone who missed me..? [silence] who wishes I would go back into the dark hole I just crawled out of..? [cheers] so I've been really busy chasing my dreams, having pain killer induced fits (true story, it's not the first time, and I didn't die so yay!)
Anywaydoh sunday afternoon I decided my roots needed a lift, fast-forward 40mins and there's me standing outside my bathroom door nearly in tears because my scalp is on fire and my little sister's taking a bath. I've spent this week trying to find a feasible five minute face that's dramatic enough to distract people from my disgusting hair but light enough so as not to melt when the sun comes out.. I'm still working on it, but I've managed to not wear foundation all week ::rejoice rejoice and again I say rejoice because foundation is the bane of my existence:: just some concealer, a little eye make-up, lippy and I'm out the door.. although I should really take the time out to thank this black scarf (formerly a black dress o_o) for being my turban of choice this week!
Also made the skirt a few weeks ago for £5 so if you have a sewing machine please go to a fabric shop, get some chiffon, some waist elastic and make your own chiffon skirt. Save your money for donuts and krushems instead of buying one of these for like £50..

I completely envy anyone that knows how to sew but I swear that I'll join you lot as I'm going to make it my mission to learn.
Gorgeous skirt and loving the colour. Simple, casual and cool outfit.

Um YES, you were missed. Taking unannounced hiatuses (hiati?) all up and through.
Wish I could pull off the no foundation look but alas, I highly doubt I could step out of the house and be amongst civilised people with my face sans slap :(
i love the skirt and the colour!
Keep rocking the turban missy :)

I agree, I haven't bought a skirt in years-I can make them for a fraction of the price at home.
